Are you thinking of moving? Did you just list your home? Staging your home with LESS certainly helps you sell!
Book sessions to declutter your home BEFORE you pack!! Speaking from my own experience, this is a must. Decluttering before packing gives you an easy move - you have less to pack, you know what you own, and you know you LOVE what you’re taking to your new space.
Storing your items in the garage while your home is in show status is approved by realtors - use the garage to keep the things you know you’re taking, labeled and ready to go. (Think winter or summer clothes you’re not wearing at the time, decor not needed to sell (personal photos/wall decor), extra furniture, etc.
Once your sale is in progress, I’m available to help you pack, label the boxes/totes and add to the garage space for you or movers to easily load your moving truck or trailer.
On moving day, you will know exactly what is going with you to your new place!! Labeled boxes/bins can be immediately placed in their specific rooms.
I am also available to help you unpack!! You can be unpacked and set up to relax within a week (I’ve done it - it’s very satisfying!!)
It all starts with decluttering - do not steal space for boxes that you may not open for months or possibly years (it happens - don’t be that guy/gal!)
